All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow each item’s journey.

Please note: Items ship separately and will arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

We ship using the fastest method available for each product — no slow or economy shipping here.

Here’s what to expect:

- The Lustra IPL Devices deliver quickly:

- Prep Mitts deliver quickly:
⤷ arrive within 3–7 business days in the United States, and 4-9 business days in Canada

- Body Oils ship to United States only, 🚫 *Please note the Bronze Body Shimmer Oil is currently unavailable in Canada:

- Ultra-Rich Body Lotions may take a bit longer in Canada due to logistics:

- The Sleek Razors and Blade Refills deliver quickly:

📝 A Note for Our Canadian Customers

We do not currently collect Canadian sales tax (GST/HST) at checkout. Because some items may ship from outside of Canada, including international warehouses, you may be responsible for applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are not controlled or collected by ShySkin&Co.
